New Report--Loop Annual Report, Fall Prevention Community of Practice

The Fall Prevention Community of Practice (CoP) is a community of practitioners, program planners, researchers, policy planners, and others who have an interest, and work, in the area of fall prevention for older adults. The CoP’s online communication platform is called Loop and can be found at www.fallsloop.com.
 
Loop has released its second year report that provides a snapshot of Loop’s members and how they use Loop’s services.
 

New Resource--Nibi Giinwiindawan (We Are Water) Curriculum, Curve Lake First Nation, YWCA Peterborough Haliburton Nourish Project, and Healthy Kids Community Challenge

Sections: 

Nibi Giinwiindawan (We Are Water) is a 5 module curriculum for communities/schools/youth programs interested in creating dialogue and discussion around human relationship with water. Combining western and traditional methodologies, the fusion of knowledge will cultivate water ambassadors, youth with a renewed passion for advocating for our life source and teaching those around them on the benefits and sacredness of water.
