It's been 5 years since our last OHPE subscriber survey. These surveys help us evaluate the content and format of OHPE so we can continue to be a great source of information for Ontario health promoters (and beyond). We're asking for five minutes of your time now so we can get a sense of who our subscribers are in 2017.

The survey will remain open until August 25 at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ohpe2017.

Thank you in advance for your time! As always, we'll report the results back to you in an OHPE feature article later this year.

Read our complete submission guidelines at http://www.ohpe.ca/submission-guide and write to editor@ohpe.ca.
