Toronto Civic Awards - Equity, Access & Human Rights

Nominations Wanted - Deadline November 30, 1998



If you know someone who has helped to make Toronto a better place in which to live by working for equitable treatment for women, contributing to race relations or improving access for people with

disabilities in the City, you can help recognize their accomplishments by nominating them for an Award from the City of Toronto. All nominees must be residents of the City.



Constance E. Hamilton Award

This Award is for a person or persons who have made a significant contribution toward equitable treatment for women in the City of Toronto. This is the 20th anniversary of this Award.



William P. Hubbard Race Relations Award

The City presents this Award to a person or persons who have made an outstanding achievement or contribution to race relations in the City. This is the 10th anniversary of this Award.



Access Award

This Award is for a person or persons who have made a signficant contribution towards improving access for people with disabilities.
