Best Practices in Mental Health: Discussion Paper 1997

-prepared for and funded by the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Advisory Network on Mental Health, this document completes a 3-part project conducted by the Health Systems Research Unit, Clarke Institute of Psychiatry, Toronto. The project identified best practices in mental health reform and strategies for their implementation, focusing on people with serious mental illness. This paper is described as being of interest to policy makers, administrators, care providers, professional associations, consumer and family organizations and researchers in the health/mental health field.
