Prevention in Motion

This one-day Red Cross workshop is for adults who work with children and youth. The workshop will define different types of abuse: physical, emotional, sexual and neglect; examine the indicators and effects of abuse; explore the barriers and benefits to preventing abuse; teach ways to proactively build safer relationships within organizations and the community; explain how to handle disclosures and the legal reporting requirements; and help you develop risk-management strategies.

Cost: $70.00 per person, including workbook, for five hour workshop
