Connecting with Youth: The Rural Way, Parks and Recreation Ontario and Play Works

Engaging youth in rural communities is the focus of our new workshop.

With a grant received from the Ontario Trillium Foundation, Parks and Recreation Ontario and Play Works are hosting eight no-cost, day-long workshops in 2018. The first three, for which registration is now open, are listed below.

These workshops are open to elected officials, economic development staff, advisory committees, youth services providers, business people, and/or those from rural communities with a keen interest in learning how to better engage and retain youth participation in local initiatives.
 
Registration is limited to 25 participants.
