Speaker:  Dr. Bernie Pauly; Associate Professor, UVic School of Nursing; Scientist with the Centre for Addictions Research of BC; Island Health Scholar in Residence; co-lead for Canadian Renewal of Public Health Systems and Services; and one of Canada’s leading authorities on harm reduction
