Ontario Cancer Statistics 2016 report evaluation survey: share your feedback!

[Updated with links May 1]

Deadline June 1, 2017

Cancer Care Ontario is conducting an online survey to evaluate Ontario Cancer Statistics (OCS) 2016, a report which describes the changing burden of cancer in Ontario (https://www.cancercare.on.ca/cms/One.aspx?portalId=1377&pageId=360452).

Your feedback is important in shaping future editions of Ontario Cancer Statistics—a report that is aimed at helping support your work within the cancer system.

Please take 5-10 minutes to complete this survey, which will close on June 1, 2017: http://www.esurveyspro.com/s/394143/ocs2016.

All respondents who complete the survey will be given the option to be acknowledged in the 2018 issue of Ontario Cancer Statistics!

The option to save your responses and complete the survey later has also been provided.

Reporting on more than 30 years of data from the Ontario Cancer Registry, OCS 2016 provides a clear picture of cancer in this province, focusing on the incidence, mortality, relative survival and prevalence of the disease. The report was created to support decision-makers, the public health community, healthcare providers, researchers and others in planning, investigating, measuring and monitoring population-based cancer control efforts.
