As an integral member of the Chronic Disease and Injury Prevention Division, Healthy Eating-Adult Team, you will work in a self-directed manner in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. You will apply health promotion principles and strategies to policy development and program implementation in collaboration with appropriate department staff and community partners. This involves program planning, development, implementation and evaluation of health promotion programs using proven tools. You will develop recommendations based on analysis of data and results related to program planning, research and evidence informed practice and prepare and submit reports as required. You will develop and maintain productive relationships including consultation with key stakeholders in the community and liaise with internal and external departments, agencies and organizations.
