This one-day interactive workshop is specifically designed for evaluators who use facilitation in their work, whether leading project teams, chairing committee meetings, developing logic models, theories of change, evaluation questions, measurement and evaluation strategies, or working with stakeholder groups.
Participants will learn how to plan, manage, and conduct successful facilitations in their work. Tailored to evaluators, participants will have opportunities to practice facilitation, as well as receive feedback from their peers and the workshop leaders.
The workshop is delivered by:
- Jennifer Birch-Jones, an experienced consultant specializing in facilitated and integrated approaches to planning, performance measurement, evaluation, and learning.
- Judy Kent, an author recognized internationally as a 'world-class' facilitator with over forty years of experience, including facilitation of world conferences, peace camps, and national roundtables.
This workshop is specifically designed for evaluators working in the government and not-for-profit sectors who would like to enhance their facilitation competencies. Participation in this workshop will provide you with tools and resources for further self-development.
