Location: 99 Regina Street South, Waterloo
Wage/Salary: $35.61-$48.77 per hour

Consider this exciting opportunity to provide advanced nursing practice services to support the continuous quality improvement and quality assurance practices across the Public Health department as determined by the Chief Nursing Officer and the Departmental Leadership Team.

In addition to a master’s degree in a Nursing or a related field (e.g., Education, Business Administration), you must possess a current Certificate of Registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nursing of Ontario.  You have expert knowledge and expertise in the nursing process; nursing theory and other theoretical foundations; and community health nursing practice, and thorough knowledge of principles and practice of communicable disease control, and immunization, and other related public health topics.  A details-oriented professional, you demonstrate project management skills, research, assessment and evaluation skills in order to collect, analyze/compile, synthesize, and report on assigned projects and initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as project management and document management systems. The ability to travel to various regional locations is also required.
