Michael Quinn Patton, a leader in the emerging field of developmental evaluation, has agreed to join us for a tele-learning seminar just one week after the launch of his latest book, Developmental Evaluation: Enhancing Innovation with Concepts from Complexity. As someone actively working to address complex social issues we think this is a session you won’t want to miss!
Sixteen years after coining the phrase “developmental evaluation” to describe the unique challenges of evaluating a developing initiative, Michael’s latest book offers his current thinking on developmental evaluation…along with many stories and frameworks from his own experience.
Michael will share many concrete examples aimed at helping you to learn more about how to intentionally introduce evaluative thinking to community change efforts. If you are interested in learning more about how to monitor and support the successful implementation of social innovations, you will want to be part of this session.
If you would like to be part of this conversation with Michael Quinn Patton and Mark Cabaj, please visit http://tamarackcommunity.ca/g1_events.html#tele. Remember the maximum enrollment for this session is 200 participants, so please register early to secure a spot.
