The Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Outreach Worker to join the Sexual Health team at the 50 King Street, London office. Reporting to the Community HIV Program Lead, this position will work within the context of a client and family-centered model.  The Outreach Worker works as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide support services to designated/marginalized HIV positive individuals and their families with accessing HIV services.
