Turning Point is an initiative of The Robert Wood Johnson and the W.K. Kellogg Foundations with the mission to make the public health system in the United States more community-based and collaborative. The Turning Point Initiative established the Social Marketing National Excellence Collaborative to promote the application of social marketing principles.
