Hamilton District Health Council

From the website: "District Health Councils work together with the people who provide health services, and the people who use them, to create plans for the various parts of the health system. This gives DHCs an overview of the local health system, which assists them in doing local system planning. DHCs are working toward local health systems in which all of the parts work together to make sure that the services the community needs are available and accessible. The Hamilton DHC has begun an occasional series of short reports to profile approaches to health system planning and generate discussion among District Health Councils and planning partners."
