The Street Lifestyle Study

This report presents the results of a research project designed to examine the antecedents to street involvement and to identify prevention strategies aimed at young people who are at risk of going to the street. The study examined factors that keep young people on the street and factors that may represent barriers to leaving the street. Intervention strategies for assisting young people in getting off the street and factors that facilitate the transition to mainstream society were also considered. (1997, 50 pages)
