Health Goals Decision Guide. Final Report of the Brant County Health Goals Task Force

The Brant County Health Goals Project was a collaboration of the Grand River District Health Council and the Brant County Health Unit. The purpose of the project was to identify health goals for Brant County that hold the most promise for improving health through local action using community resources. This 2002 report describes the process and the resulting framework, including the vision, values, principles, eight goals and sub-goals, and a set of objectives for each. Page 11 is the decision guide that the project task force developed to help them select appropriate local health goals.
