Call for Input—Consultation on the Development of Microbiological Guidance on Ready-To-Eat Smoked Fish, Health Canada

Health Canada’s Bureau of Microbial Hazards is in the process of developing microbiological guidance on ready-to-eat smoked fish and multi-ingredient products containing smoked fish.  This document is now available, upon request, on our website at http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/consult/2017-smoked-fish-poisson-fume-eng.php.
The consultation period will be held from April 4 to June 2, 2017.
