You will notice that the OHPE is back to its plain text self this week. While many of you appreciated the new look, it made the newsletter completely inaccessible to a surprisingly large number of our subscribers. We are working on improvements to our archive (at http://www.ohpe.ca/ebulletin) that will enable us to add more formatting to the information there -- as well as other new features -- and we will keep you apprised of our progress.
This week we have a feature on health literacy contributed by Michelle Black who writes "Low health literacy is also seen as having broader outcomes for the health system and society as a whole. For example, low literacy can keep people from accessing and using information about their health." Her article outlines the 5 C's that will give you "a better chance of seeing your important health messages reach your readers."
